Yes, specially made for you! We operate on a made-to-order business model, where each transaction item is crafted specifically for the individual shopper. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for our artisans to handcraft your order, depending on the items requested, as some items have a quicker lead time. We thank you for your patience.
Return Policy:Bien Abyé wants to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, if you are not completely happy with your purchase we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days from when it is delivered. All returned items must be unworn and in the condition they were sent out, they also must be postmarked within 14 days. Before returning an item, please contact us and include your invoice in the box. All masks are FINAL SALE.
All merchandise discounted can only be returned for exchange. All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns generally take 2-3 weeks to process. Credited funds will be issued to the original payment method. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Bien Abyé is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
